Oliver Benford Hadley
Principal
A native of Southern California, Mr. Hadley has traded the beaches of L.A. for the bayous of LA.
Prior to founding Oliver Hadley Law, L.L.C. Mr. Hadley worked at several prominent New Orleans law firms. On the criminal side, Mr. Hadley has worked on matters ranging from shoplifting to murder; on the civil side, his experience ranges from car accidents to multi-party class action litigation.
In terms of business consulting, he has a breadth of experience, from business creation and registration, strategic planning, full financial modeling and pitch preparation, and intellectual property consultation.
Mr. Hadley graduated from Tulane Law School where he was a member of numerous clubs and organizations and excelled at moot court - winning or placing in every completion he entered during law school.
Mr. Hadley received his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. After which, he worked in corporate and investment banking for a major banking institution where he was personally involved in over $1 billion dollars in transactions.
Mr. Hadley also worked in business development for a major motion picture studio where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic planning.
